Here we are - back to cooler nights, kids in school and sports practices and games! What does fall mean to you? Jacket weather, pumpkin spice everything and a countdown to the holidays? How about a reset on finding our own center balance?
Life has been really hard these last couple of years. The pandemic, terrorism and violence everywhere seem to have fueled unparalleled levels of stress and anxiety. Let’s take time to slow down, give ourselves some grace and learn how to soothe our own nervous systems. Healthy food, regular movement, time outdoors and great therapy can be super helpful.
